Rei has the incredibly stupid idea to mess with a portal, and ends up temporarily altering reality. WHOOPS.
The third panel is supposed to be jarring and otherwise not clear, to simulate something appearing for only a fraction of a second without giving the eye time to get details. Did I mention this gag was never meant for comics but I'll be damned if an omake VIDEO would ever be useful? I may try video-afying this later. But I really don't give a damn.
But yeah, third panel is blurry and shit. But what's supposed to be there is a femme!human!Ferafin and tiny mouse creature thing! Rei. XD I like her design actually...
