DUAEL: Cold

I'd say it could help to try and find other ways to draw his black circles - as they are now they look like he's got bags under his eyes with the kind of skin I'd expect from someone much older than he seems to be. Perhaps try not using so many sketchy black lines that go in different directions: under his left eye he has straight horizontal lines, while under the right one he has diagonal straight lines - I'd get rid of those as they don't follow the curves of his face (which must be made of curves).
The lines immediately under his waterline and at the end of his circles could work, though, perhaps recoloured. Another idea would be to make the colour under his eyes darker right under the lower eyelid and lighter as it goes toward the cheek.

All in all I think this is an interesting character design: I've discovered your project through Jake's Battle Engine's thread and my interest is piqued when I see a protagonist who doesn't adhere to the usual stereotype (thin, possibly blond, with a pointy chin) but still manages to be cute in his own way.
