So..I'm kind of forcing myself to learn how to sew. Since I'm having no luck shopping for Matilda.

I'm...not as bad as I thought.

I'm not messing up every stitch. But on the other hand. I'm sewing up all the holes. OOPS.

I'm actually cutting out my second pattern now. But it'll be worth it!


Edit: I just realized I have like...some plush works in my gallery so I should clarify. I...had a lot of help with those. ;w; I can do patterns, but I'm clumsy as hell when it comes to needlework.

This is kind of forcing myself to do everything, independently. xD


SON OF EDIT:
I just finished my first shirt! It looks...well..it doesn't look good.

I need to get some anti-fray on the material, and my stitches are very..well..not good.

But it kind of fits, and it's cute!

Also, amusingly, Matilda punched right through a seam on one sleeve while I was trying it on. I was equal parts amused and mortified. I also kept the tear in because it was just so bizarre and yet adorable.

EDIT THE THIRD:

I'm just going to forget this happened and try again.

The shirt you aren't going to see was supposed to be just a simple floral pattern..thing. It would have been pretty if I knew what I was doing. xD; I'M LEARNING THOUGH.

Next one will suck less.
