The OP of Gem Cut is going to use 3d models instead of traditional animation. This is one of the models.
Ironically it's one of the models I really don't have a spot for yet, but I'm working on it.

I've actually been on an art spree the past week. So rather than spamming you with a bunch of event CG's, I'll just do them in one like this.

Details:

  • Size: ~150mb (sorry!)
  • Saves should be compatible. All of my saves are from a newer version of Ren’py, so it’s difficult to test.
  • Features: Voice acting, lipflap synced to duration of audio playback, lowered threshold for bad end.

So after TWO YEARS in development, DUAEL finally has the full voice acting promised on release!

It’s been a long road, and I am so grateful to both the wonderful actors, and the patient players who waited for this darn thing.

Unfortunately, there is some bad news with the patch.

Namely, the size. The data.rpa also had to updated, as the music was re-normalized to fit the voices. I had planned to split up the RPA’s into more groups for slimmer updates, but it would still require this first one to be rather huge. and using 6.13’s packager for compatibility meant this would have been riddled with complications, anyway. So, unfortunately. big-ass patch.

The plus side of this is that this will most likely be the last patch before 2.0, which will be completely moved to 6.15 (or later) and the streamlined rpa architecture.

So I would completely understand anyone who just wants to wait for 2.0. This is more for the people who have been waiting so long already for voices.

I have a question

Is it possible to make IK bones in Metaseq?

I so how can I?

Because I cant make the the chains  in PMX editor.

Yes and no.
Metaseq treats all chains as IK by default, but this won't translate to PMD.
If the IK is for legs, my suggestion is to make sure all the bones have the same name as the standard leg bones, then extract the basic skeleton from another model (I suggest animasa kaito), and merge that.

It will bring the IK bones with it, and merge them with your leg bones.

Otherwise, do the chains in PMD editor and then convert that to PMX.
